1972 Newbery Medal
Mrs. Frisby's youngest son Timothy is sick with pneumonia and it is only five days 'till moving day. But soon she meets a strange group of rats with an incredible story to tell. When they offer to help her she accepts. But she must also help them. She gets caught in a cage but soon escapes. Then she, her family, and the rats out-smart the humans and move to safety.
I think it was a good book. I would probably recommend it to a friend depending on the friend.
