1966 Newbery Honor
The book The Noonday Friends, is a book about friendship and how friends fight. The main character, Franny, has been going through some tough times. She is trying to make the best of it. Franny's friend Simone causes all the drama about their friendship but they will be friends again.
It was an ok book but it was too dramatic. They made too big of a deal when they argued.
1 star - I read it, but I would not recommend it to a friend.
