It is about a mouse fixing foxes teeth. Doctor DeSoto sign says No Big Animals. Doctor DeSoto takes the fox and fixed his teeth anyway and then plays a trick on him.
It is given this title because a doctor that fixes animal's teeth and he is the main character.
