1984 Newbery Honor
Matt, a twelve year old boy left alone in the wilderness when his father gave him a new gun, took his old one and left. He climbed a beetree when the bees started chasing him until the Inidan saved him. After that he starts giving a 13 year old Indian boy named Attean reading lessons. So he doesn't give away their land.
I thought it was a really good book and it's worth your time.
4 stars = It was a great book and I recommend it to others.
