Soonie's mother teaches her to sew. Soonie puts secret messages into her things she sews. Each generation passes on the belief.
It was not very good. I didn't like how it was written. It was boring to me.

Eeeeep! So sorry I bored you, Emily. Don't tell my daughter, Toshi -- "Boring" is her favorite word. But she likes Show Way because she's in it! :) -Jacqueline Woodson
