Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell

This is a book about a girl named Karana, that gets stranded on an island. She faces many hardships like title waves and earthquakes. She made friends, too. In the end, Karana goes back to the mainland.

I thought it was a great book and it had a lot of feeling.
