It is about a mouse dentist that treats all kinds of animals. His assistant is his wife. He is treating a fox with a tooth ache that wants to eat him after their work is done. Dr. DeSoto and his wife make a special formula that won't let you open your mouth for a day.
It is titled this because Dr. DeSoto is the main character.
