The book, Island of the Blue Dolphins, is simply marvelous. She's a girl stranded on the island. She meets many friends along the way. She is waiting for white men to come and save her from this island. Just not the ship with the red sails who attacked her tribe. Although this book has some tragedies it is a page turning book of excitement.

It was one of the best books I've ever read. I would recommend it to other people.
