Dear Mr. Henshaw by Beverly Cleary

The book begins when Leigh writes a letter to Boyt Henshaw. The first time he writes a letter is when he's in 4th grade, and his parents are together. Through the book he keeps writing more letters, but his parents get divorced. Because his parents are divorced he doesn't see his dad very much. Finally at the end he sees his dad, and is sad, bue he doesn't cry.

I think "Dear Mr. Henshaw" was given its name because on about every page the letter is named to Boyt Henshaw.
