1961 Newbery Medal
Island of the Blue Dolphins is about a girl named Karana who was stranded on an island because of her brother Ramo. She has no food and is on the island with a pack of wild dogs. At the end, the white men took her to land.
I thought it was a good book which is good because I don't like to read.
4 stars - It was a great book and I recommend it to others.
