"Dear Mr. Henshaw" is a book about a boy in 6th grade. Leigh's parents got divorced. He made a burglary alarm because someone keeps stealing the good stuff out of the lunchbag.
It was given this title because Leigh writes to Mr. Henshaw about his life and his feelings.
