1984 Newbery Honor
When a boy named Matt's father leaves to get Matt's Mom and sister. Matt meets an Indian after being attacked by bees. The Indian had a son named Attean. At first Attean and Matt did not like each other. But Matt then took lessons from Attean and they became friends. Attean took Matt to his village. When his Mom and Dad get home he finds out the baby died after 7 days.
It was ok. I would recommend it to somebody.
