1972 Newbery Medal
Mrs. Frisby wants to move to her summer home but can't because Timothy, her youngest son, is sick. She goes to visit the wise owl who tells her to talk to the rats. The rats agree to help her because they knew her husband. Meanwhile, the rats are trying to move to Thorn Valley, safe from the exterminators. In the end, Mrs. Frisby moves to her summer home and the rats escape to safety.
I thought the books was alright. It had lots of adventure and action.
